However, not everyone is satisfied with just a holiday by the sea. If you belong to a group of people who want to enjoy the proximity of the waves and listen to the noise of the sea all year round, it remains to consider moving in and start looking for a suitable apartment.
In seaside resorts, long-term rental of property is not a viable option. This is all because the owners of villas, apartments or flats are focused on tourists. So you may have a serious problem finding a place to live by the sea for longer. If you are planning to settle down in the north for good, it remains to buy an apartment.
In the long run, buying an apartment with a sea view simply pays off. On the one hand, you save because the rent and the housing loan are at a similar level; on the other hand, you gain mental comfort because you do not have to be afraid to terminate and look for a new apartment.

Not only hotels operate in seaside towns and villages. Many private investors buy an apartment or build villas with a view to renting them to tourists. From your point of view, a short-term rental may be more advantageous than booking a hotel room. First of all, you can count on the silence and freedom that you may not experience at the hotel. Secondly, owners of apartments for short-term rent care about the standard offered - it is often higher than in a hotel. If you plan to rent an apartment for a longer period of time, e.g. a month, you can count on an attractive discount.
WHEN YOU REST BY THE SEA IN THE OFF-SEASON
From mid-June to the end of August the coastal towns are overcrowded. It is difficult to find peace and quiet both in the city and on the beach. If you are always planning a holiday in September or October, consider buying an apartment and renting it for the summer season. This option may prove to be very beneficial - you will be resting in your own property and will earn money during the season.
If you buy a property located in an attractive location, close to the beach and take care of the high standard, you can count on the investment to pay for itself quickly. During the season, prices per day in private apartments can reach 350 PLN. Counting on you renting the apartment for about 2.5 months, you will get an amount that will allow you to cover the expenses related to its annual maintenance. Money can also be used to pay off a loan if you intend to finance the purchase of real estate with a bank.
